# Folio > Folio is a business-management tool for content creators. It handles rate cards, media kits, brand-deal tracking, contracts with e-signature, and invoicing with automated chasing — with Kit, an embedded AI advisor, built in. Built for UK creators, priced in GBP. Folio is for nano and micro creators who take brand deals but have no business infrastructure behind them: no rate card, no contract template, no invoicing process, and no reliable way to tell whether an offer is fair. It replaces the spreadsheet, the Canva media kit, the Google Doc contract and the manual payment chase with one place. **Kit** is Folio's AI layer. It sits in a persistent side panel and is also reachable from a ⌘K command palette. Kit validates rates against a creator's tier and niche, scans brand contracts for aggressive clauses, drafts negotiation emails, analyses campaign briefs, chases late invoices, checks ASA/FTC disclosure compliance, scores audience-brand fit, writes media kit copy, generates outbound pitches and estimates delivery time. It also supports free-form chat with conversation history. Sending an invoice, contract or email to a brand, or publishing a media kit, is marked as needing the creator's confirmation. - Each tool is limited to what the creator's plan already includes.
